Ofsted publish new guidance for inspecting Early Years settings

This guidance is for inspectors conducting inspections under sections 49 and 50 of the Childcare Act 2006. It sets out what Ofsted inspectors must do and what early years providers can expect, and provides guidance for inspectors on making their judgements. It is for use from 1 April 2015.[link]
